My practice primarily involves assisting technology focused businesses with commercial transactions and Intellectual Property protection. My goal in any representation is to understand and resolve the business issue within my client's legal issues, whether they are operating in life sciences and healthcare, cloud-based services, high tech, AI/ML, consumer goods or manufacturing. I develop commercial agreements for technology-related services such as licensing, research, SaaS, software and website development, and manufacturing outsourcing. I also advise clients on the IP aspects of corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. I am licensed in New York State and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
